我国是全球第三大贸易国,中小企业出口额占了全国出口总额的62.3%,但其出口存在着严重的低价竞销问题,致使企业长期处于微利状态,严重的甚至出口受阻。海外市场低价竞销正成为继关税壁垒、非关税壁垒、技术壁垒、绿色壁垒后制约我国产品走向国际市场的又一壁垒。本文分析了导致低价竞销的主要原因及其危害,并提出治理对策。
As China is the third largest trading nation in the world, SME exports account for 62.3% of the country’s total exports. However, there is a serious problem of low-cost sales in its exports. As a result, the enterprises are in a marginal state for a long time. Serious or even blocked exports. Low-cost marketing in overseas markets is becoming another barrier to restrict our products to the international market after tariff barriers, non-tariff barriers, technical barriers and green barriers. This article analyzes the main reasons leading to low-cost marketing and its harm, and proposed governance measures.
