拥有一个高效的有竞争力的薪酬管理体系,不仅能吸引许多优秀的人才进入旅游企业,而且还会使本企业员工的工作积极性大大提高,一个稳定健康的旅游企业才能持续发展。本文分析了旅游企业薪酬管理体系存在的问题,并提出了建立旅游企业有效薪酬体系的对策。
Having an efficient and competitive salary management system can not only attract many excellent talents to travel enterprises, but also greatly enhance the enthusiasm of employees in the enterprise so that a stable and healthy travel enterprise can develop continuously. This article analyzes the existing problems in the travel enterprise salary management system and puts forward the countermeasures to establish the effective salary system in tourism enterprises.
