目前航空公司行业看上去正在实施兼并整合浪潮,并且是一浪高过一浪。但是今年私募股权机构对快达航空公司的收购,以及俄罗斯航空公司抛给意大利航空的绣球,都被无情地拒绝了。但在亚洲这股浪潮却风起云涌,印度两大国有航空公司的合并、Jet航空公司最终成功收购AirSahara等,国泰航空和国航的股权交换、东航和新航之间的合作等等。近期业内专业杂志以美国航空公司行业的兼并整合为案例,指出了航空公司兼并整合的各种问题所在。
