阳春健身趁“天时”

丽日轻风,春回大地,人们穿上运动鞋,趁这大好春光锻炼一番,的确是件十分有利健康的事。这对调动人体的精神情绪与促进生理机能都有很大的作用。春天阳光充足,环境气温一般在20℃上下,是最为适合人体的气温,具有较好的运动条件。而且,参加者的情绪受到春光的激发,必然兴致高昂。在这样一种良好的情绪支配下进行各种锻炼,自然会充分发挥主观能动性,从而获得最佳的健身效果。从人体的生理机能来看,春天也是唤起运动的欲望及促进机体活跃的最好时节。人们在经过一个冬天的相对静息(冬天虽然也运动,但毕竟天寒地冻而受到环境条件的限制)之后,有一种较强烈的冲动要去投身于各种运动。生理机能,主要指内脏的机能活动,如心血管系统、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、消化系统的各种功能,都能通过参加适当运动而得以展开,同时机体的适应机能也因而增强。运动系统的功能,更是首当其冲地得到极大的调动与激发,如骨骼、肌肉、关节、筋膜、肌腱……都在运动过程中,一步步地得到强化。在中枢神经系统的精确指挥下,肌肉之间的协调动作在参与运动时得到增强,协调动作良好,也有助于塑造健美的形体。抓紧春季好日子参加体育活动,正是利用了“天时”这一重要条件。春季宜开展的运动项目有长跑、各种球类运动、自行车越野、太极拳、登山运动等。总之,以到空旷的郊野,在大自然中参加运动为最好。 It is indeed a very beneficial and healthy matter to take advantage of this great springtime when people wear sneakers on the sunny breeze and spring back to the earth.
