本文报导一种最新研制的高探测灵敏度、低噪声的光子图像观测系统(10光子/cm2sec)。利用该系统观测了绿豆芽,小葱和树叶等活体样品的超弱发光图像。图像清楚地反映了各部位在生长发育过程中的新陈代谢旺盛程度。从实验结果可以看出,有丝分裂和新陈代谢较为旺盛的细胞超弱发光较强。这些结果对植物的生长调控以及新陈代谢状况的研究具有重要意义
This article reports a newly developed high-sensitivity, low-noise photon image viewing system (10 photons / cm2sec). The system was used to observe the ultraweak luminescence images of living samples such as green bean sprouts, shallots and leaves. Images clearly reflect the various parts of the growth and development in the metabolism of the strong. It can be seen from the experimental results that cells with more mitosis and metabolism are weaker than those with weak light. These results have important implications for the regulation of plant growth and metabolism
