目前的英语专业跨文化教学基本上还是从语言体系内部出发的语言驱动式教学,是结合有关语言现象来谈外部文化环境。通过对英语专业学生跨文化教育现状的调查分析,从了解、理解、评价和运用四个层次来探讨如何在语言教学过程中培养学生的跨文化应用能力。教师在教学实践中应采用适当的策略,使跨文化教育成为整个教学活动的必要组成部分。
The current English major cross-cultural teaching is basically language-driven teaching starting from within the language system, which is a combination of the language phenomenon to talk about the external cultural environment. Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of intercultural education for English majors, this paper explores how to cultivate students’ intercultural competence in the process of language teaching by understanding, understanding, evaluating and applying the four levels. Teachers should adopt proper strategies in teaching practice so that intercultural education becomes an integral part of the whole teaching activity.
