圆柱直齿轮冷锻成形载荷大,模具寿命低。提出整体预锻齿坯与局部加载终锻齿形两步冷锻成形圆柱直齿轮的工艺。用三维造型软件Unigraphics NX建立了圆柱直齿轮锻件及模具模型之后,通过有限元仿真软件Deform3D数值仿真圆柱直齿轮冷锻过程。仿真结果表明,该工艺在保证齿形充填完整的同时,可以显著地降低成形载荷。
Cylindrical spur gear forging load, mold life is low. The technology of integral pre-forging blank and partial-load final forging two-step cold forging cylindrical spur gear is proposed. After the cylindrical spur gear forgings and mold models were established with the three-dimensional modeling software Unigraphics NX, the finite element simulation software Deform3D was used to simulate the cold forging process of the cylindrical spur gears. The simulation results show that the process can significantly reduce the forming load while ensuring complete tooth profile filling.
