[目的]检测添加生物炭对土壤酶活性的影响及其作用机制。[方法]以山西省农业科学院小麦研究所实验田中的土壤为材料,在土壤中添加不同种类、不同含量的木炭,通过分析土壤中碱性磷酸酶和纤维素酶活性的动态变化,研究木炭对土壤酶活性的影响。[结果]在施加木炭的条件下,土壤样品中的酶活性皆有一定程度的提高,且碱性磷酸酶的活性提高程度高于纤维素酶。施加木炭有效提高碱性磷酸酶、纤维素酶的活性且延长其酶活性周期,实际大田应用中以含量为8%的中温炭为最佳施加量。[结论]该研究为了解生物炭对土壤理化性质的影响提供了数据基础和理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to detect the effect of adding biochar on soil enzyme activity and its mechanism. [Method] With the soil in experimental field of wheat research institute of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as material, different types and contents of charcoal were added into the soil. The dynamic changes of alkaline phosphatase and cellulase activity in soil were studied to study the effects of charcoal Soil enzyme activity. [Result] Under the condition of applying charcoal, the enzyme activity in soil samples increased to a certain extent, and the activity of alkaline phosphatase increased more than that of cellulase. Applying charcoal effectively improves the activity of alkaline phosphatase and cellulase and prolongs the period of enzymatic activity. In actual field application, the optimum amount of medium-temperature char is 8%. [Conclusion] The study provided the data foundation and theoretical basis for understanding the influence of biochar on soil physical and chemical properties.
