目的:探求大青叶的采收次数对大青叶及板蓝根产量品质影响。方法:通过设置大青叶不同采收次数,检测各处理下大青叶及板蓝根的产量和品质。结果:收获1次、2次、3次大青叶的板蓝根产量分别较对照减产18.3%,58.6%,67.4%,板蓝根醇溶性浸出物的量为42.50%,42.24%,31.77%,较对照低1.19%,1.79%,26.13%;大青叶的产量是取1次比对照增产87.1%,取2次是86.0%,取3次是106.8%。大青叶中靛玉红含量以收取2次和收取3次高于对照,但是水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、靛蓝的含量均以对照最高。结果:大青叶的不同采收次数对收获板蓝根产量和品质有很大影响,虽然采收大青叶能够增加大青叶的产量,却降低了板蓝根产量和板蓝根、大青叶的品质。
Objective: To explore the recovery of Folium Obovata leaves and the quality of the production of Radix. Method: The yield and quality of Folium Isatidis and Radix Isatidis were tested under different treatments by setting different harvest times of Folium Isatidis. Results: The yield of Radix Isatidis was 18.3%, 58.6% and 67.4%, respectively. The content of alcohol-soluble extract of Radix isatidis was 42.50%, 42.24% and 31.77%, respectively, lower than the control 1.19%, 1.79% and 26.13% respectively. The yield of Folium Islanaceae increased by 87.1% compared with the control, 86.0% after 2 times and 106.8% after 3 times. Daqingye indirubin content to receive 2 times and 3 times higher than the control, but water-soluble extract, alcohol-soluble extract, indigo content were the highest in the control. Results: The different harvest times of Folium Isatidis greatly influenced the yield and quality of Radix Isatidis. Although the harvest of Folium Isatidis increased the yield of Folium Isatidis, it reduced the yield of Radix Isatidis and the quality of Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis.
