全面阐述德国“双元制”的丰富内涵和广阔外延,对教育主体、教学内容、教材、实施依据、教师及受教育者身份的“双元性”进行深入研究,对德国“双元制”的特征进行多角度分析。德国“双元制”对我国职业教育发展有着重要启示,应进一步发挥政府建章立制和组织协调的主导作用,企业应增强参与校企合作的积极性和社会责任感,充分发挥行业协会对职业教育发展的指导作用,职业院校应以市场为导向加强自身建设。
This paper expounds the rich connotation and extensive extension of Germany’s “dual system” in an all-round way and conducts an in-depth study on the “duality” of the subject, teaching content, teaching material, implementation basis and identity of teachers and educators, “Dual system” features for multi-angle analysis. The dual system of Germany has an important enlightenment on the development of vocational education in our country.
