用DEPT~(13)C-NMR、~1H-~1H COSY 2D NMR、~1H-~1H NOESY 2D NMR和~(13)C-~1HCOSY 2D NMR二维核磁共振及FAB-MS(快原子轰击质谱)等分析表明:具有明显生理活性的月光花素甲是两个分子量相差28a.m.u.的同系物分子的混合物。这两个分子均属糖甙类物质,分别由4个鼠李糖和2个糖甙配基(即甙元)组成。
1H NMR 2DH NMR and ~ 1H- 1H NMR 2D NMR and ~ (13) C- 1HCOSY 2D NMR and FAB-MS (Fast Atomic Bombardment) Mass spectrometry) analysis showed that: with a significant physiological activity of moonlight A is a two molecular weight difference of 28a.mu homologue mixture of molecules.
