In this paper, 4Ps marketing combination strategy as the theoretical basis, aided by the political rights (Political Power) and Public Relations (Marketing) marketing strategy, elaborated on the marketing of Cooperative Marketing (Cooperative Marketing) in the medical application of a comprehensive, namely CPs marketing mix Strategy (4Ps + 2P + C).
