目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定川射干中鸢尾黄酮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamond ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸溶液(3∶7),检测波长为265nm,流速为0.8mL·min-1。结果:鸢尾黄酮苷进样量在0.0792~0.3960μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;平均回收率为99.80%,RSD=1.09%(n=6)。结论:本方法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于川射干的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of flavonoid glycosides in Chuanxiong stem by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The chromatographic column was Diamond ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid solution (3∶7). The detection wavelength was 265nm and the flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the peak area value and the range of 0.0792-0.3960 μg injection volume of flavonoid glycosides. The average recovery rate was 99.80% and the RSD was 1.09% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is sensitive, simple, accurate, and can be used for quality control of dry shoots.
