选用6个澳大利亚Q型甘蔗品种Q117、Q121、Q138、Q141、Q165、Q170与国内育成的17个亲本选配杂交组合19个,后代群体以ROC22(CK1)和ROC10(CK2)作为双对照,采用家系评价法研究Q型甘蔗品种及选配组合对主要性状锤度、茎径、株高、丛有效茎、蒲心率、丛重和含糖量的遗传力和一般配合力。结果表明:除母本对后代群体丛有效茎和含糖量影响差异不显著、父本对后代群体含糖量影响差异显著外,母本、父本和组合对后代群体的主要性状影响差异均极显著;Q型品种及选配组合对后代群体茎径和株高的平均遗传力分别达75.49%和69.21%;Q165和Q121无论作为母本还是父本,对后代群体的一般配合力均优于双对照;Q型品种对丛有效茎的一般配合力和选配组合的特殊配合力均优于双对照;Q117和Q138作为母本杂交、Q170作为父本杂交对后代群体丛重和含糖量的一般配合力为正效应;3个组合Q138×云瑞05–458、云瑞05–662×Q170和Q165×云瑞05–282对丛重和含糖量的特殊配合力高于双对照。
Sixteen Australian Q-type sugarcane varieties Q117, Q121, Q138, Q141, Q165 and Q170 were selected and 19teen crossbreeding combinations were selected from 17 parents in China. ROC22 (CK1) and ROC10 (CK2) The pedigree evaluation method was used to study the heritability and general combining ability of Q type sugarcane varieties and matching combinations on brix, stem diameter, plant height, effective stem, pachytene rate, plexus weight and sugar content. The results showed that except for the female parent, there was no significant difference in the effective stem and sugar content among the progenies, and the male parent had significant difference in the sugar content of the progeny population Extremely significant. The average heritability of Q type and its combination for stem diameter and plant height of the progenies were 75.49% and 69.21% respectively. Q165 and Q121 showed good general combining ability for the progeny population Q hybrids had better general combining ability of effective stems and special combining ability of Q combinations than QTLs. Q117 and Q138 were the female parents and Q170 was the male parent. The general combining ability of the three combinations was positive. The special combination ability of three combinations Q138 × Yunrui 05-458, Yunrui 05-662 × Q170 and Q165 × Yunrui 05-282 on the mass and sugar content was higher than that of the double control .
