外资大型零售商场的涌入使我们为本土商场的生存感到担忧。外资“大卖场”之所以具有如此强劲的杀伤力在于: 它具有独具特色的“卖点”, 将企业文化作为经营推动力和运用了强劲的价格“攻心”战术。在激烈的竞争中, 本土商场应随时代潮流的步伐走出国门, 走向世界。
The influx of foreign large retail stores made us feel worried about the survival of local shopping malls. The reason why foreign “hypermarkets” are so powerful is that they have a unique “selling point” that uses the corporate culture as a driving force and a strong price-fixing “tactic.” In the fierce competition, local shopping malls should follow the trend of the times to go abroad and go to the world.
