目前,对2英寸以下的钢管套扣(攻制管螺纹),大都靠人扳动手用套扣工具——带丝套扣,或者用车床车制。前者劳动强度很大且效率低,管扣的质量也不高,后者需要专人操作且不便于较长的管子套扣。此套管扣机采用带丝,只需要加工少量零件就可以解决上述问题。动作原理:套扣开始时,利用压缩空气推动气缸活塞2,经杠杆3产生约200公斤的纵向推力,克服复位弹簧4的拉力,使主轴10得到轴向进给。
