原发性残胃癌是一种胃手术后少见而严重的并发症。因其缺乏典型的临床表现,易延误诊断。概念残胃癌是指胃良性病变行胃部分切除术后,在胃残端发生癌肿。为了排除因良性病变而行胃部分切除时可能有隐匿的癌肿病灶,多数作者认为,首次手术距胃癌发生至少5年以上的时间方认为是残胃癌。另有两种有关类型,一般亦属残胃癌:一种是由于胃良性病变单纯胃肠吻合术后发生癌肿;一种是由于胃癌或胃的其它恶性肿瘤作胃切除后,残胃又发生癌肿。这两种类型胃癌的间隔需10年甚至20年以上。所以
