目的:建立从芜菁籽中提取总黄酮类物质的方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,用NaNO2-A(INO3)3-NaOH法显色,采用分光光度法,在510nm波长处测定芜菁籽中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁的回归方程A=10.089c-0.0019,相关系数R2=0.9991,总黄酮在0.0080~0.048范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.66%,RSD=0.45%(n=5)。结论:该方法稳定性和重现性好,适用于检测芜菁籽中总黄酮含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for extracting total flavonoids from turnip seeds. Methods: Rutin was used as a reference substance and its color was determined by NaNO2-A (INO3) 3-NaOH method. The content of total flavonoids in turnip seeds was determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm. Results The regression equation of rutin was A = 10.089c-0.0019, with a correlation coefficient of R2 = 0.9991. The average flavonoids showed a good linearity in the range of 0.0080-0.048 with an average recovery of 99.66% and a RSD of 0.45% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method has good stability and reproducibility and is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in turnip seeds.
