为评价血管活性肠肽受体在人结肠癌细胞膜膜片上表达的意义,并探讨该受体特性与肿瘤组织学特征间的关系,作者用碘标记血管活性肠肽,经放射配体结合分析法测定12例结肠癌标本细胞膜片上血管活性肠肽的受体位点数。结果显示:结肠癌细胞膜片上的血管活性肠肽受体位点数为2.66±3.84pmol/mg膜蛋白,明显低于其毗邻的正常细胞膜膜片上该受体的位点数10.54±17.99pmol/mg膜蛋白。癌细胞受体密度与细胞分化程度关系不明显。由此提示调控结肠癌血管活性肠肽受体表达,有可能抑制癌细胞的生长
To evaluate the significance of vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor expression on membrane membranes of human colon cancer cells, and to explore the relationship between the characteristics of this receptor and the histological characteristics of tumors, the authors used iodine-labeled vasoactive intestinal peptides for radioligand binding analysis. The number of receptor sites for vasoactive intestinal peptide on the cell membrane of 12 specimens of colon cancer was measured. The results showed that the number of vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor sites on the colon cancer cell membrane was 2.66±3.84 pmol/mg membrane protein, which was significantly lower than the number of sites on the adjacent normal membrane membrane 10.54± 17.99 pmol/mg membrane protein. The relationship between the density of cancer cell receptors and the degree of cell differentiation was not significant. This suggests that regulating the expression of vasoactive intestinal peptide receptors in colon cancer may inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
