学前教育这一行业的逐渐兴起影响了许多高校开始设立学前教育这一专业,从而培育出一批批优秀的学前教育专业教师。学前教育专业毕业生在就业时,面临着就业期望与其实际就业不相符等尴尬,不少学前教育专业毕业生的毕业即转业。本文研究了影响学前教育毕业生就业期望的因素,并对影响学前教育专业的毕业生就业的因素进行深入剖析。 The gradual rise of the pre-school education industry has affected many colleges and universities to start setting up a pre-school education program, so as to cultivate a batch of outstanding pre-school teachers. Pre-primary education graduates face employment embarrassment when they expect jobs that are not in line with their actual employment. Many graduates of pre-primary education graduates are converted to jobs. This paper studies the factors that affect the employment expectations of pre-school graduates, and analyzes the factors that affect the employment of graduates in pre-primary education.
