整体网格壁板广泛应用于航天器结构中,该文采用增量压弯成形法作为火箭贮箱2219T87铝合金网格壁板成形工艺。基于ABAQUS建立网格壁板增量压弯模型,并分析壁板网格参数、网格加强对成形结果的影响。结果表明,残余变形量与压弯量和筋高度均近似呈线性关系,纵向加强筋能有效提高成形精度。通过试验验证了仿真模型的准确性,为整体壁板成形工艺提供指导。
The overall grid wall panels are widely used in spacecraft structures, this article uses incremental bending forming method as a rocket storage tank 2219T87 aluminum alloy mesh wall forming process. Based on ABAQUS, an incremental buckling and bending model of the grid plate was established, and the influence of the grid strengthening on the forming result was analyzed. The results show that there is a linear relationship between the amount of residual deformation and the bending strength and the height of the ribs. The longitudinal stiffeners can effectively improve the forming accuracy. The accuracy of the simulation model is verified through experiments, providing guidance for the overall siding forming process.
