随着教育改革的逐步深入,农村幼儿园如何适应社会发展的需要,找到自身的坐标,已是我们每一个农村幼教工作者必须重视和探讨的问题。 在过去,我们习惯于模仿城市幼儿园,但农村幼儿园无法与城市幼儿园相比。可农村有丰富的自然资源,有广阔的社会生活环境与宽阔的活动场地。我们如果把关注点从实力的抗衡转向对农村幼儿园的特色包装及教师素质的提高,扬长避短,那么,我们的村办幼儿园也能在幼教领域中一枝独秀。
