建筑水电安装施工中,砖墙钻孔量比较大,多年来一直是手工凿孔,劳动强度大,砖沫碎片到处飞溅,效率低,质量差,容易破坏墙体结构。在批林批孔运动推动下,我施工队水暖工小组的同志们,克服了重重困难,根据多年来的生产实践经验,经过多次反复试验,试制成功了用软轴传动的砖墙钻孔机。这种钻孔机的试制成功,大大提高了生产效率,一个普通工,一个工日可钻孔400多个,比过去人工操作提高效率10倍左右,其构造详见图1、图2。
