目的了解昆山市小学教职工学校突发公共卫生事件防控知识、态度及行为现状,为指导学校开展突发公共卫生事件防控工作和制定措施提供科学依据。方法选择昆山市26所小学,采取分层随机抽样方法,各校抽取1~6年级班主任、任课老师及行政后勤人员若干名,自行设计调查表进行突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识、态度及行为匿名自填问卷调查。结果 454名教职工学校突发公共卫生事件防控传染病预防、食品卫生、卫生消毒相关知识,总知晓率分别为76.0%、56.5%、75.4%;防控态度各项均达到90%以上;防控行为10项调查内容平均为86.6%。不同性质学校教职工比较,知识知晓率和行为形成率公办校多项高于民办校;不同岗位人员教职工比较,知信行均无统计学差异。结论学校应针对学校突发公共卫生事件防控措施要求,提高教职工理论水平,加强防控管理与监督机制,加强措施落实责任制和考核机制。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of public health emergency prevention and control in primary schools in Kunshan City, and to provide a scientific basis for guiding the prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools. Methods A total of 26 elementary schools in Kunshan City were selected and stratified random sampling method was adopted. Each school took a number of class teachers, class teachers and administrative staffs, and designed questionnaires to carry out knowledge and attitude about prevention and control of public health emergencies Behavioral Anonymous Self-Filled Questionnaire. Results The total awareness rates of prevention, control and prevention of infectious diseases, food hygiene and disinfection of public health emergencies in 454 faculty and staff schools were 76.0%, 56.5% and 75.4% respectively, and all the prevention and control attitudes reached over 90%. Prevention and control behavior of the 10 survey averaged 86.6%. Different types of school faculty comparison, awareness of knowledge and behavior formation rate of a number of public schools higher than private schools; staff of different positions compared staff, Zhixin line no significant difference. Conclusion The school should address the school public health emergency prevention and control measures to improve the theoretical level of teaching staff to strengthen prevention and control management and oversight mechanisms to strengthen the implementation of responsibility measures and assessment mechanisms.
