黄庆国(山东章丘市供销合作社主任)在章丘供销合作社推进基层组织建设的过程中,我们体会到供销合作社和农民建立关系有三个阶段:第一阶段是和农民建立初级的一买一卖的买卖关系。要把农民当成我们的顾客,要奉行顾客是上帝的准则。第二阶段是为农民服务,农民需要的就是我们要服务的,靠服务赢得农民的信任。第三阶段就是合作和一体化,将基层社建成与农村党支部、村委会一样重要的基层部门。章丘现在正在深入推进第二阶段的工作,我们也希望与农民建立更紧密的关

The second stage is to serve the peasants, peasants need is what we want to serve, by service to win the trust of farmers. The third phase is cooperation and integration. The grassroots organizations are built into grassroots departments that are as important as the rural Party branches and village committees. Zhangqiu is now deepening the second phase of the work, and we also hope to establish closer relations with the peasants
