图1为一种简单的液面平衡比较仪,它由干簧管、永久磁铁等材料构成。由于其性能稳定,质量可靠,造价便宜,多年来,在各种类型的船闸自动控制中,得到了广泛的应用。图中两根相互靠近的塑料管(或非磁性金属管)分别与两个液面连通,这样,就可对两个液面的高度进行取样。当两个液面高度相平齐时,两根塑料管内浮筒亦相平齐,并且两个浮筒相互靠近,在磁场的作用下,于簧管吸动,发出液位平衡指令。有关比较仪的安装、制作说明如下:
Figure 1 is a simple liquid level balance comparator, which consists of reed, permanent magnet and other materials. Because of its stable performance, reliable quality and low cost, over the years, it has been widely used in various types of ship lock automatic control. Two plastic pipes (or non-magnetic metal pipes) in close proximity to each other are respectively connected with two liquid levels, so that two liquid level heights can be sampled. When the two liquid levels are flush, the two plastic tubes are also flush with each other, and the two floating tubes are close to each other.
