目的:观察参芪复方对GK大鼠体重、血糖、血脂和IL-6的影响。方法:用高脂饲料饲喂GK大鼠复制糖尿病动物模型,将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药高剂量组[按2.88g/(kg·d)灌胃]、中药低剂量组[按0.72g/(kg·d)灌胃]和雷米普利组[按1mg/(kg·d)灌胃],每2周测体重1次,灌胃8周后,腹主动脉取血,测定空腹血糖、TC、TG、IL-6水平。结果:参芪复方高剂量组体重(W)、血清TC、TG和IL-6明显降低,与模型组相比均有显著差异(P<0.01),空腹血糖(FPG)与模型组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);参芪复方低剂量组W、TC与模型组相比显著降低(P<0.01),FPG、TG、IL-6与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参芪复方高剂量组在降低FPG和TG方面优于中药低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪复方能有效降低GK大鼠空腹血糖,机理可能为降低体重,调节脂代谢紊乱,减少炎症介质的释放,提高胰岛素敏感性。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi Compound on body weight, blood glucose, blood lipid and IL-6 in GK rats. Methods: The diabetic rats were fed with high-fat diet and the rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, high-dose Chinese herbal group [intragastric administration of 2.88g / (kg · d)], low- [Intragastric administration of 0.72 g / (kg · d)] and ramipril group [intragastric administration of 1 mg / (kg · d)] every two weeks. After 8 weeks of gavage, abdominal aorta Blood, fasting blood glucose, TC, TG, IL-6 levels. Results: Compared with the model group, body weight (W), serum TC, TG and IL-6 of Shenqi Compound high-dose group were significantly lower (P <0.01), and fasting blood glucose (P <0.05). W, TC of Shenqi Compound low-dose group was significantly lower than that of model group (P <0.01), and there was significant difference between FPG, TG and IL-6 <0.05). Shenqi compound high-dose group was superior to low-dose traditional Chinese medicine group (P <0.05) in reducing FPG and TG. Conclusion: Shenqi compound can effectively reduce fasting blood glucose in GK rats. The mechanism may be to reduce body weight, regulate lipid metabolism disorders, reduce the release of inflammatory mediators and improve insulin sensitivity.
