对不同孔蚀体系的实验证明,在孔蚀发展期,电极交流阻抗的根Sluyters图上呈现具有两个时间常数的容抗曲线。这是蚀孔中的弛豫过程与孔外钝化表面上的弛豫过程平行叠加的结果。为进一步证实这种双容抗谱乃是孔蚀发展期的电极阻抗频谱特征,用模拟孔蚀电极的复合电极证明了这一现象。建立了相应的等效电路模型。使用本实验室中建立的IFP软件对实验数据拟合并考察了等效电路与孔蚀状态的相关性。
Experiments on different pitting systems show that during the development of pitting corrosion, the capacitive impedance curve with two time constants appears on the root Sluyters diagram of AC impedance. This is the result of a parallel superposition of the relaxation process in the etch-hole and the relaxation process on the passivated surface outside the hole. To further confirm this double capacitance spectroscopy is the characteristic impedance of the electrode impedance in the development of pitting, this phenomenon is proved by the composite electrode simulated by the pitting electrode. The corresponding equivalent circuit model is established. The IFP software developed in our laboratory was used to fit the experimental data and investigate the correlation between the equivalent circuit and the pitting state.
