在盆栽烟草条件下采用15N示踪方法研究尿素改性前后N在土壤烟株中的分布规律 ,并比较尿素改性前后N的利用率大小。结果表明 ,尿素改性后比改性前烟叶增产 2 5 1 6% ,达 1 %显著水准。烟株全N量 ,改性后是改性前处理的 1 4 5 7%。从肥料中吸收的N量 ,改性后是改性前处理的 1 2 7 9%。从土壤中吸收的N量 ,改性后是改性前处理的 1 58 3 %。N肥利用率 ,改性后处理为 45 8% ,比改性前处理提高1 0 1个百分点。N的回收率 ,改性后处理达 98 3 % ,比改性前处理提高 1 2 8个百分点。改性尿素省肥增产的主要原因是刺激作物从土壤N库中吸收了较多N素 ,同时所施N肥的利用率有明显提高
The 15N tracing method was used to study the distribution of N in soil tobacco before and after urea modification under potted tobacco and the utilization ratio of N before and after urea modification was compared. The results showed that after the modification of urea, the yield of tobacco increased by 2516% compared with that before modification, reaching a significant level of 1%. The total amount of tobacco plant N, after modification is modified pre-treatment of 147.5%. The amount of N absorbed from the fertilizer, after modification, was 122,9% of the pre-treatment. The amount of N absorbed from the soil was 1 58.3% after modification. N fertilizer utilization rate, the modified treatment was 45 8%, which was 100% higher than that of the pre-treatment. N recovery rate, the modified treatment up to 983%, than the pre-treatment to improve the 128%. The main reason for the increased yield of modified urea fertilizers is to stimulate crop plants to absorb more N from the soil N pool while significantly increasing the utilization rate of N fertilizers
