对于穿越煤系地层的隧道工程,都潜在着建设与运营过程中的瓦斯积聚、燃烧、爆炸等风险,特别是施工阶段的瓦斯风险更引起各方的关注。目前隧道瓦斯风险的评估,多采用基于经验的定性方法,限制了评估结果的指导作用。蒙德法是化学工业中评价同类问题常用的一种危险指数方法,本文将蒙德法的核心思想与穿煤层隧道瓦斯特点相结合,实现了瓦斯风险的定量化评估。首先对各风险源进行量化;然后给出了总危险度R值的计算方法,并将其与现行的规范相对应;最后将此方法应用于贵州某穿煤层隧道风险评估工作之中,取得了良好的效果。
For tunneling through coal strata, there is a potential risk of gas accumulation, combustion and explosion during construction and operation. In particular, the risk of gas during the construction phase has drawn more attention from all parties. At present, the risk assessment of tunnel gas use more experience-based qualitative methods, which limits the guidance of the assessment results. Mondefa is a commonly used method for evaluating similar problems in the chemical industry. This paper combines the core idea of Montaf and the gas characteristics of coal tunnels to realize the quantitative assessment of gas risk. Firstly, the sources of risk were quantified; then, the method of calculating the total risk R value was given and corresponded with the current norm; Finally, this method was applied to the risk assessment of a coal seam tunnel in Guizhou Province, good effect.
