一、公务员考录诚信档案建设现状2008年,国家公务员局开始对公务员招考中的违纪违规和不诚信行为进行信息汇总。2009年人社部发布第4号部长令,明确公务员录用考试违纪违规行为处理办法。2012年,建立了公务员录用考试违纪违规与诚信档案库,并实现全国联网。自此,每次公务员招考伊始,各招录机关都将考生报名信息与档案库信息比对,有违纪违规行为且处于禁考期的考生,不准报考;每次录用考试结束后,各招录机关也把考录各环节的违纪违规行
