一年一度的体育高考对于体育考生来说至关重要,俗话说考场如战场,高考紧张的临战气氛明显感觉越来越浓,这让许多考生,特别是成绩不突出的学生表现出心理紧张,烦躁不安,训练不在状态等一系列情况。针对这一问题,吸取以前的训练经验,笔者特制定了考前一个多月的心理强化训练措施,使考生能够心理趋向稳定,坚定毅力,把握正确的考前心态和科学的训练方法;克服来自心理、环境、技术等方面的不利因素,从容面对体育高考,发挥出最高的水平。
