通过ＡＳＡ－６０１Ｔ型温控热凝射频仪对３０只家兔脑毁损动物实验，认为不论使用单极或双极电极针制作毁损灶，在温度为７５℃以下，时间６０Ｓ以内，毁损灶形成大小与温度、时间成正相关，当时间大干６０Ｓ、温度在７５℃以上，毁损灶形成一定范围后不再扩大，温度在４５℃以下，只能对脑组织产生极小损害或机械性损伤。
By means of the ASA-601T thermo-thermo coagulation rf apparatus, 30 rabbits were sacrificed on the brain of animals, and it was considered that the lesions were formed at the temperature less than 75 ℃ and no matter using unipolar or bipolar electrode needles. It has a positive correlation with temperature and time. When the time is 60s and the temperature is above 75 ℃, the lesions no longer expand after forming a certain range. The temperature below 45 ℃ can only cause minimal or mechanical damage to brain tissue.
