临床资料本组38例,其中男性21例;女性17例。年龄32岁~68岁,采用东芝 SAL—30A 线阵实时超声显像仪,探头频率3.5MHz,患者在膀胱中度充盈下,取平卧位,探头置于下腹部膀胱区,纵向横向及沿不同方向扫查,必要时取坐位或胸膝卧位以探查各不同位置的膀胱肿瘤。超声显像特点不同的膀胱肿瘤,其探查位置亦不相同。结果:38例膀胱肿瘤经膀胱镜与病理证实为膀胱移行细胞癌的有15例,移行上皮乳头状瘤7例,腺癌3例,鳞状上皮癌3例。本

Results: Thirty - eight cases of bladder tumor confirmed by cystoscopy and pathology were bladder transitional cell carcinoma, 7 cases of transitional epithelial papilloma, 3 cases of adenocarcinoma and 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma. this
