目的为了解綦江县突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,分析其发生发展规律,为预防、控制和有效处置突发公共卫生事件提供科学依据。方法利用突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统报告的信息,分析綦江县2004-2008年突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征。结果綦江县2004-2008年共报告突发公共卫生事件26起,发病(累及)754人,死亡2人。其中以传染病疫情最多,共报告16起,占了61.54%;其次为其他事件(均为狂犬伤人事件)6起(23.08%);食物中毒4起(15.38%)。事件发生场所以学校为主12起(占46.15%),酒楼(家庭)宴席6起(23.08%)。学校发生的事件又以传染病占最多11起,占学校事件的91.67%,酒楼(家庭)宴席以食物中毒为主(4起),占酒楼(家庭)宴席发生事件的66.67%。结论綦江县突发公共卫生事件主要是以学校传染病疫情和聚餐引起的食物中毒。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Qijiang County and analyze its occurrence and development rules and provide a scientific basis for the prevention, control and effective disposal of public health emergencies. Methods Using the information reported by the public health incident reporting management information system, the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Qijiang County from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed. Results A total of 26 public health emergencies were reported in Qijiang County from 2004 to 2008, with 754 cases (involving) and 2 deaths. Among them, the most outbreaks of infectious diseases were reported, accounting for 61.54%, followed by 6 cases (23.08%) of other incidents (all were rabies wounds) and 4 cases (15.38%) of food poisoning. There were 12 schools (46.15%) for the incident and 6 (23.08%) for the restaurant (family). In addition, infectious diseases accounted for the largest number of school-based incidents in 11 schools, accounting for 91.67% of all incidents in schools. The majority of food-poisoning banquets in restaurants (families) accounted for 66.67% of the incidents in restaurants (families). Conclusion The public health emergencies in Qijiang County are mainly caused by the outbreak of school infectious diseases and food poisoning caused by dinner.
