近几年来,动力学法测定微量锰的报道日趋增多,方法灵敏度一般在10~(-9)—10~(-10)数量级。作者发现弱碱性介质中,微量锰(Ⅱ)能灵敏地催化过氧化氢氧化邻苯三酚红褪色的新指示反应。在反应体系中加入定量的α,α′-联吡啶(bipy),大大地提高了锰(Ⅱ)的催化活性。这是Mn~(2+)与bipy形成配合物[Mn(bipy)]~(2+)”、[Mn(bipy)_2)]~(2+)在催化过氧化氢的分解反应中显示出高度的活性,从而进一步加速氧化邻苯三酚红褪色,提高了测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的灵敏度。采用固定时间法研究,反应速度以log(A_o/A)表示:
In recent years, kinetic method for the determination of trace manganese is increasingly reported, the sensitivity of the method generally 10 ~ (-9) -10 ~ (-10) order of magnitude.
