针对桥式起重机主梁的结构特点,采用结构分析软件ANSYS,建立了30t桥式起重机主梁的有限元力学模型,并对其结构进行了有限元分析。在有限元分析的基础上,建立了主梁结构优化的数学模型,在ANSYS中完成了其结构优化设计,得到了较满意的计算结果。主梁的分析和优化结果为桥式起重机主梁的结构设计提供了有益的参考。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of the main girder of overhead traveling crane, the finite element mechanical model of the main girder of 30t overhead traveling crane was established by using structural analysis software ANSYS, and its structure was analyzed by finite element method. Based on the finite element analysis, the mathematical model of the main girder structure optimization is established. The structural optimization design is completed in ANSYS, and the satisfactory calculation results are obtained. The analysis and optimization results of the main girder provide a useful reference for the structural design of the main girder of the overhead traveling crane.
