昌九一体化是江西省委十三届七次全会作出的加快江西发展的重大战略决策,江西省2014年第16、17期人民政府公报以专辑形式公布了包括《昌九一体化发展规划(2013—2020年)》在内的江西推动昌九一体化发展的系列政策文件。《规划》分析了昌九一体化发展的现实基础、机遇和挑战、重大意义,明确了昌九一体化发展的战略定位和发展目标,提出了构建高效、协调、可持续的一体化空间开发格局,确定了推动昌九一体化发展的主要任务。
