大尺寸游标高度尺(500~1500mm)大致可分三种:死游标式、活游标式和主尺标尺可调式,虽然类型不同,产生示值误差的原因及修理方法却大致相同。本文试分析各种因素对高度尺示值误差的影响及其修理。 1.高度尺的主尺基面与底座基面在四个方向不垂直高度尺由于长期使用,底座基面发生了磨损;高度尺的自重主要作用于底座的前端(即装夹主尺部位),因此底座基面前端比后端磨损快,使主尺与底座的基面垂直度发生变化,导致示值误差为正值。但往往操作者在使用高度尺时作用在底座上的力的方向不同,高度尺其它方向也会出现磨损,造成主尺偏斜某一方,产生一个倾斜角α。由图可知,α角愈小示值误差也愈大,高度尺测量范围愈大引起正
