我厂生产的12240型柴油机曲轴输出法兰,锥孔大端孔径尺寸29.64~(+0.02)mm,锥面轴向尺寸193mm,锥度1:50,锥面与匹配件的接触面积不小于80%,测量精度要求高.采用测量定位块配合内径百分表测量孔径可保证测量精度.提高测量效率.测量定位块由2个连接板、2个定位块和8根M6螺栓组成.测量方法如图所示.将定位块从零件内孔卡在两个端面上,定位块A面紧靠零件端面,B面紧靠护桥侧面.A面(零件端面)至测量头中心距为10mm.设计定位块时,首先测出护桥长度L,然后根据L_1+10=1/2L的关系式确定L_1的长度.
