本文采用普通硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥复合使用制备水泥基灌浆料,借助硫铝酸盐水泥的早强快硬特性提高灌浆料的早期强度,并考察了减水剂用量对灌浆料流动度的影响、膨胀剂用量对灌浆料竖向膨胀率的影响以及灌浆料在24h时间范围内的膨胀变化率。试验结果表明:普通硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥复合使用,并辅以合理的原材料配比制备的灌浆料具有良好物理力学性能。
In this paper, ordinary portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement were used to prepare cement-based grouting material. The early strength and quick-hardening properties of sulphoaluminate cement were used to improve the early strength of the grouting material. The effect of the amount of water reducer on the grouting material The influence of fluidity, the effect of expander dosage on the vertical expansion rate of grouting material, and the rate of expansion of grouting material in 24h time range. The test results show that the grouting material prepared by the common portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement combined with a reasonable ratio of raw materials has good physical and mechanical properties.
