心理境况是顺利达到和完成体育教学目的与任务所依赖的心理背景。它是由那些不直接参与认识过程,但对认识过程起直接制约作用的心理因素组成。它主要包括动机、兴趣、情感、意志、人际关系等等。本文试图在教育心理学、社会心理学和体育心理学等学科有关理论指导下,研究与探讨在体育教学过程中创设良好心理境况的途径与方法,力求完善与优化体育课的教学过程,为提高体育教学课堂教学效率提供理论和方法依据。
Psychological situation is to successfully achieve and complete physical education teaching purposes and tasks rely on the psychological background.
