目的探讨微种植体支抗在错畸形正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法选择本院2012年1~12月收治的错畸形患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组采用传统正畸治疗,研究组采用微钛种植体植入行正畸治疗,治疗1年后,观察两组的治疗效果,对矫治前后的头颅侧位片进行测量分析,计算治疗前后上中切牙突角、突距差,下中切牙突角、突距差,磨牙移位情况。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗前后上中切牙突角、突距差,下中切牙突角、突距差明显高于对照组,磨牙移位值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访中研究组5例患者出现种植体周围软组织轻度水肿,无一例发生感染,对照组出现4例支抗牙伸长,牙龈红肿。结论微种植体支抗矫正错畸形效果较好,能够提供有效支抗强度,改善患者前牙覆覆盖关系,并且种植体稳定性良好,值得应用。

Conclusion Micro-implants are effective in correcting malocclusion and deformity. They can provide effective support strength and improve the coverage of the anterior lamina. The implants have good stability and are worthy of application.
