本文通过对44例精神分裂症患者免疫状态多方面的观察和研究,证实患者T细胞数和PHA刺激的LTT降低,IgG、IgA和IgM含量增加,CH_(50)、C_3、C_4减少,而AP-CH_(50)增高,与健康对照组比较差异有高度显著性。17例患者血中出现C_3DP,26例患者CIC阳性,6例ANA阳性。ATA水平增高,与健康对照组比较差异有高度显著性。认为CIC通过传统途径激活补体在本病发病机制中起重要作用;ATA并不是本症的特异因子,它的增高可能类似患者其他一些生物学现象,但这些因素结合在一起就有可能造成脑组织损伤,因此ATA水平高的健康人发生精神分裂症的机会可能要比ATA水平正常的人为多。
In this paper, 44 cases of schizophrenia in patients with immunological status of many aspects of the observation and study confirmed that patients with T cells and PHA-stimulated LTT decreased, IgG, IgA and IgM increased, CH_ (50), C_3, C_4 decreased AP CH_ (50) increased, compared with the healthy control group, the difference was highly significant. C_3DP was found in 17 patients, CIC was positive in 26 patients and ANA was positive in 6 patients. ATA level increased, compared with the healthy control group, the difference was highly significant. It is believed that CIC plays an important role in the pathogenesis of this disease by activating the complement through the traditional pathway. ATA is not a specific factor in this disease. Its elevation may be similar to other biological phenomena in patients. However, these factors may cause brain tissue Damage, so healthy people with high levels of ATA may have more chances of developing schizophrenia than normal ATA levels.
