在低油价的冲击下,许多石油企业选择减产、降薪、减少投资等方式以应对危机,但这毕竟只是权宜之计。我国石油企业需要在危机下,合理采取降本增效的措施,以顺利度过危机。基于此,本文分析了油价低迷的原因,并提出了几点对策和建设,旨在促进石油企业健康持久发展。 Under the impact of low oil prices, many oil companies choose to cut their production, reduce wages and reduce investment in response to the crisis, but this is only an expedient measure. China’s oil companies need to take reasonable measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency so as to successfully weather the crisis. Based on this, this paper analyzes the reasons for the downturn in oil prices and puts forward some countermeasures and constructions aimed at promoting the healthy and sustainable development of petroleum enterprises.
