目的:研究白芨、龙胆草水煎剂对变形链球菌的抑制作用,并与五倍子水煎剂比较。方法:将上述3种中药分别煎成浓度为1g/ml水煎剂,用纸片扩散法测定它们对变形链球菌的抑制作用,用0.2﹪洗必泰溶液作为阳性对照,用0.9%生理盐水作为阴性对照。结果:浓度1g/ml的五倍子、白芨水煎剂出现抑菌圈,浓度1g/ml的龙胆草水煎剂未出现抑菌圈。结论:五倍子、白芨水煎剂具有抑制变形链球菌的作用,其抑菌作用无显著性差异(p>0.05),1g/ml的龙胆草水煎剂不具有抑制变形链球菌的作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of the water decoctions of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Gentianae on Streptococcus mutans and compare it with gallnut water decoction. Methods: The three kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were decocted to a concentration of 1g/ml water decoction respectively, and their inhibitory effect on Streptococcus mutans was determined by disk diffusion method. 0.2% chlorhexidine solution was used as positive control and 0.9% physiological saline was used. As a negative control. RESULTS: At the concentration of 1g/ml, Galla chinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba decoction had inhibitory zones, and gentian herb decoction at a concentration of 1g/ml did not show a zone of inhibition. Conclusion: Galla chinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba decoction has the effect of inhibiting Streptococcus mutans, and there is no significant difference in its bacteriostatic effect (p>0.05). The 1 g/ml gentian herb decoction does not inhibit the Streptococcus mutans.
