目的:了解中卫市各类食品的卫生质量现状,为相关的卫生质量监督和管理提供可靠的依据。方法:采取随机抽样的原则,实验室按GB/T4789-2003中规定的方法进行检测。结果:2008年-2014年中卫市食品微生物平均合格率为82.4%,合格率比较高的是罐头、酱菜、糕点,分别是100%、100%和95.8%。豆制品和熟肉制品的合格率为最低,分别为69.4%和67.4%。结论:豆制品和熟肉制品的合格率偏低是导致食品合格率不高的主要原因,提示卫生监督部门在日常工作中应加强对这类产品的执法力度,以保障食品的安全。
Objective: To understand the status quo of health quality of all kinds of food in Zhongwei City, and provide a reliable basis for the related health quality supervision and management. Methods: To take the principle of random sampling, the laboratory according to GB / T4789-2003 provided for testing methods. Results: The average passing rate of food microbes in Zhongwei from 2008 to 2014 was 82.4%. The highest passing rate of canned food, pickles and pastries was 100%, 100% and 95.8% respectively. The pass rate of soy products and cooked meat products was the lowest, reaching 69.4% and 67.4% respectively. Conclusion: The low passing rate of soy products and cooked meat products is the main reason leading to the low passing rate of food, which indicates that the health supervision departments should strengthen the enforcement of such products in their daily work to ensure the safety of food.
