目的:建立快速、准确的水中草甘膦的高效液相色谱-柱后衍生测定方法。方法:水样直接进样,在Ion Exclusion Column(7.8 mm×150 mm)色谱柱上分离后,草甘膦被衍生成强荧光物质,用荧光检测器进行检测。结果:草甘膦的加标回收率在93.4%~98.6%范围,其相对标准偏差均<3.7%,在(0.025~1.0)mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性,其回归系数>0.999,检出限(LOD)为3.0μg/L。结论:该方法回收率高,重现性好,杂质干扰少,可满足水中痕量草甘膦的残留检测要求。
Objective: To establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of glyphosate in water by high performance liquid chromatography-column derivatization. Method: Water samples were injected directly and separated on an Ion Exclusion Column (7.8 mm × 150 mm). Glyphosate was derivatized into a strong fluorescent substance and detected with a fluorescence detector. Results: The spiked recoveries of glyphosate ranged from 93.4% to 98.6%, and the relative standard deviations were all <3.7%. The linearity ranged from (0.025 to 1.0) mg / L with the regression coefficient> 0.999 The LOD was 3.0 μg / L. Conclusion: The method has high recovery rate, good reproducibility and less impurity interference, which can meet the requirement of residual glyphosate detection in water.
