目的:探讨角色扮演教学方法提高急诊带教质量的效果。方法80名18~22岁护理专业专科女生随机均分为对照组和观察组,在急诊室实习4周。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组护生采用角色扮演教学方法。4周后护生接受理论考试、操作考核,全体护生及8位教师接受对对方满意度的问卷调查,统计护生出勤天数。结果观察组出勤天数,以及理论考试及操作考核分数均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01);观察组带教教师对护生的满意度及护生对带教教师的满意度显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论角色扮演教学方法可显著提高急诊带教质量。“,”Objective To explore the effects of role-playing teaching method on the quality of clinical practise for nursing students in emergency room. Methods 80 female junior college students of nursing specialty, aged 18~22, practicing in the emergency department for 4 weeks were randomly divided into 2 equal groups:control group taught with traditional teaching method and observation group taught with role-playing teaching method. Aftrer the clinical practice the students undewrwent theoretical examination and operation assessment, a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction with each other was conducted among all the students and 8 teachers, and the attendance days of the students were recorded. Results Compared with those of the control group, the attendance days were more and the scores of theoretial examination and operation assessment were significantly higher in the observation group (all P<0.01). And the satisfaction degree of the students with the treachers and the satisfacton degree of the teachers with the students were both significantly higher in the observation group in comparison with those in the control group (both P<0.01). Conclusion Role-playing teaching method significantly improves the quality of teaching in emergency medicine and is worth popularizing.
