应用高频喷射通气(HFJV)时易造成CO_2潴留。曹勇等提出正向喷射与气管内反向喷射交替进行的高频双向喷射通气(HFTJV)具有促进CO_2排除的作用。作者通过HFTJV与HFJV的比较研究,探讨3种不同反喷驱动压的HFTJV对组胺致肺损伤犬气体交换、心肺功能的影响。1 材料和方法 杂种犬7只,体重15.1±1.86 kg,静注戊巴比妥钠麻醉,以氯化筒箭毒碱维持肌松,行气管插管后应用程控多功能喷射呼吸机实施HFJV,呼吸频率100次/min,I/E为0.5,压缩空气力气源。
The use of high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) easily lead to CO_2 retention. Cao Yong et al proposed that high-frequency two-way jet ventilation (HFTJV) with alternating forward and tracheal reverse jetting could promote CO2 elimination.
